一:teaching aims and demands:
1.the students can read and understand the passage , finish the sentences and answer the questions. then they can say something about their weekends.
2.let’s play : the students can ask and answer : what did you do last weekend ? i watched tv/……
二:teaching important points and difficult points:
1. the important points :
the students can read and understand the passage and say something about their activities last weekend .
2. the difficult points :
the word : was
the past tense of  the verb phrases.
三:teaching tools :
computer .the word cards .
四:teaching steps:
step1:preperation
1.introduction
hello! boys and girls ! how are you today? nice to meet you.
2.let's do
let’s clean the room .
let’s play basketball.
let’s play the piano .
let’s shake your body.
 设计意图:快速热身,使学生进入英语学习氛围。
3.freetall.
(1)today ,well say something about weekend .

step3: in-reading :
1.general reading:
read the passage quickly and silently . then tick or cross.
(设计意图:通过简单判断,树立学生阅读的自信。让学生带着问题默读并通过快速阅读抓住主要信息,理解语篇的大意。)
2.detailed reading :
read the passage again carefully and answer the question :what did wu yifan do last weekend ?
(设计意图:培养学生获取信息,处理信息的能力)
3.read and write : finish the sentences ingroups :
wu yifan was so busy . he did many things . can you write them down?
let’s finish the sentences on your books . please make sure that your writing is right and beautiful.
4.listen to the tape .(1) look at the screen.listen carefully.
                 (2)listen and repent .听录音模仿语音语调。
5.read aloud
share the reading methods : you can read the passage in groups . but
how to read the passage well and quickly? before you read . let’s enjoy something about the reading methods .
