技能:能初步将新学的国家和国籍类单词放进句子i’m from… i’m…进行操练
能力:能准确流利地说出所学的四个国家、国籍和人的单词
情意:培养学生乐于开口说英语,并用英语进行交流的习惯

2、能初步将新学的国家和国籍类单词放进句子i’m from… i’m…进行操练
【教学准备】单词图文卡、教学挂图、录音机
【教学过程】
(一)warming-up
1) free talk
设计意图:口语的练习有助于培养学生的英语口语水平同时也锻炼学生的听力水平因为它们之间是相辅相成的。
(与随读生进行对话)
用what day is it today? what lessons do you have in the morning? what subject do you like ? how are you? what’s the matter with you ? 等日常交际用语进行交谈。(在进行日常用语交流时可让学生相互之间进行也可让学生来问老师,以增加学生的兴趣。)
2) sing a song: play the tape of the song learnt in unit3 and ask the students to sing the song together and then do a group work to sing the song and which group does a better job. (鼓励随读生一起唱歌)
3) ask the students to do a group work to think for a while about the interesting or unforgettable thing happened before and try to tell them out in english and then ask groups to come to the front and try to tell their stories and see which group does a better job to tell the stories better.
(二)presentation
设计意图:通过教师的创设情境进入学习内容阶段,从而减轻学生对句子内容的理解力。
1、由“你知道世界上的哪些国家?”引出单词country及其复数countries.
2、(出示图文卡片,教学八个国家和国籍类单词china, chinese, uk, british, usa, american, australia, australian.并引导学生拼读和书写。)其中,uk也可称为england, usa也可成为america。教学较长单词时可采用分解教学法,如:bri-tish, a-me-ri-can, aus-tra-lia等。(指导随读生读简单的单词)
(教师通过自我介绍导入新句子i’m from china. i’m chinese.学生在理解后模仿造句,可自由设想)
i’m from the uk/england. i’m british.
i’m from the usa/america. i’m american.
i’m from australia. i’m australian.
3、通过辨认国旗或各国标志性的建筑来巩固国家类单词。如:美国的自由女神像、中国的长城、英国的雾都、澳大利亚的水城。
4、设计连线题,巩固相关的国家和国籍,再次练说i’m from… i’m…
